I am directed to refer to the Government of the Punjab , Finance Department letter No. FD.PC.40-43 / 2017 ( D ) dated 14.12.2018 regarding the up – gradation / redesignation of Store Keeping related posts . The relevant portion ( Serial No. 2 ) of the said letter is reproduced as under : SR . Existing You are requested to take necessary action in the light of instructions of the Finance Department letter in respect of Store Keepers working under your jurisdiction being competent authority as per Administrative Department Notification No. SO ( E ) 10-3 / 2019 dated 03.10.2019 .
