STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES (SOP’S) TO MAINTAIN HEALTH PROFILE OF ALL STUDENTS OF PUBLIC AND PRIVATE SCHOOLS IN PUNJAB.
This is with reference to the directions of the Honourable Court during the date of hearing fixed on 16-01-2020 regarding maintenance of Health Profile of all students of Public and Private Schools across the Punjab.
In this context. You were directed vide this Directorate letters No.
15007/AD(G) dated 13-12-2019, No. 67/PA/Dir(P&B) dated 02-01 2020 and lastly No. 382/AD(G) dated 10-01-2020 to issue necessary direction to all the heads of Public & Private schools under your jurisdiction to maintain health profile of every student / teachers / staff on the prescribed proforma already rested with before 31-03-2020 and update the figures on daily basis to Mr. Zulfikar Ali Bhatt Director(P&B) on his whats app number.

But is regretted to state that in spite of
repeated requests through telephone as well as registered letters no positive
response has been heard from your end.
It is once again reiterated that the Honourable Court has shown serious
concerned about the maintenance of Health profile of students, teachers its timely completion before the cut date as above. You are hereby again directed to personally look into the matter of maintenance of Health Profile speedy in the process and daily reporting as discussed above.
