RELAXATION IN DUTY HOURS OF EDUCATION STAFF ENGAGED IN SCHOOL DURING PERIODICAL REVISION OF ELECTORAL ROLLS DOOR TO DOOR VERIFICATION PROCESS. 2021-22

Dear Sir, I have the honour to say that as you are aware that Periodical Revision of Electoral Rolls 2021-22 has commenced throughout Pakistan from 7 Novermber 2021. The staff engaged as Assistant Registration Officer (AROS), Supervisor and Verifying Official (VOs) has drawn from Education Department.

They are performing this National task in addition to their usual routine duties. Due to winter season the day time has shrunk to minimum and Staff is not left with much time to perforn their duties of door to door verification of voters.

2. in this backdrop, it is requested that the staff engaged as AROS. Supervisors, and VOs may be relieved off their duties at 1:00 PM daily so that they could complete their assignment /task well in time Your cooperation in this regard shall be highly appreciated
