REGULARIZATION OF SERVICE OF JUNIOR CLERK (BS-11) FROM THE DATE OF JOINING RECRUITED ON CONTRACT BASIS UNDER RULE-17-A OF PUNJAB CIVIL SERVANTS (APPOINTMENT & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE) RULES-1974.

In accordance with the provision contained in Govt. of the Punjab Services and General Administration Department (Regulations Wing) Lahore letter No. SOR-III (S&GAD) 2-8/2018 dated. 29.10.2019 received through Govt, of the Punjab School Education Department Lahore to all Chicfl.xecutive
Ollicers District Education Authorities in Punjab Vide letter No.SO (SE-III)S-419/2018 dated, 25.11.2019 for

regularization of services of employees from the date of their first joining in the department who were earlier appointed on contract basis after 2009 under Rules 17-A of the Punjab Civil Servants (Appointment & conditions of Service) Rules 1974, in compliance with order of Honorable Lahore High Court Lahore dated, 20.09.2019 in Writ Petition No.51484/2019 and after receipt of service record required for regularization of service, the following Junior Clerks (BS-11) who were appointed under Rule 17-A on contract basis are hereby regularized from their date of first joining in School Education Department District Sargodha as mentioned against cach on the following terms & conditions:-
