Recommondeion af Offlicer’s In-charge on presorbed profoma (Copy Enclosed).

Attested copy of oppointment letter,
Attesed Copy of LastOrder.
Attestedesod CNIC

Attested copies of 1,2& 3 page of service book of each employee. The Degrees/ Certificates duly verifed from the concemed Board/ Universities before Police character verification and anttnedents certifcate of official.ACRs of cntract period.No Inquiry Pending CertificateNo AUdit Para pending certificate
. No FIA/NAB pending cerificate.
Detail of impostion of Minar Major Penalty during corntract period. In case of minar major penaity, the nature of penalty’ LOE be attached.The role of emplayee in eradicaion of thett of elnctricity. He shoud not be involved in theft of electricty or facilitator on theft of elecrcity. A certificate, in this regard, wil be Issued by Immediate Senior officers  and countersigned by next Senior Officer,Certificate regarding there is No sigma on the integrity of the official.NOTE All regularization cases duly cempleted in all renpects must reach to this officeon or before 15.02,2020 without failling along with above mentioned data.
