PERSONAL FILES FOR REGULARIZATION OF SSEs/SESEs/ESEs

APOINTED IN THE YEAR 2017
You are requested to pleuse direct all the Educatos (SSEs/SESE/ESES)
appointed in the yer 2017, who have completed their three years continuous
service on contract ba4sis, to subnit personal files to this office up to 10.06.2020
Personal file should contain following documents with following order

• Hand written applicätion Appontmerit order and joining report verified by the Appointing Authority
•  PER (date of joíning to 31.12.2019(one page PER)
• Copy of CNIC with verification
• Copy of Domicile with verification
• No Enquiry, No demand, No Punishnent, Na Audit Para’s certificate
• Copy of medical fitness certificate with verification
•  Academic Degrees/DMC (SSC to MA/MSC) with verifications
•  Professional degree with verification
• Original Service Book
• Induction Training Certificate
• Copy of NTS result
  All educators are bound to aubmit complete personal files toe concemed competent authority.
  Don’t forget to write cell number on your application.
