MINUTES OF MEETING WITH ALL CEOs (DEAs) UNDER CHAIRMANSHIP OF HONOURABLE MINISTER FOR SCHOOL

The meeting started with the recitation of the Holy Quran. The chair welcomed the participants and provided a brief overview of the key agenda items.




The Chair while opening the discussion, highlighted the ongoing situation related to the increased number of cases of COVID-19 in the country and prioritized adopting maximum safety measures to protect vulnerable students/staff. The Chair appreciated the efforts of CEOs and other stakeholders for the implementation of guidelines/SOPs to avoid transmission of the COVID-19 pandemic.




Further, the Chair apprised the participants of upcoming winter
vacations in schools and discussed in detail the proposed action plan to be implemented during winter vacation in schools. After thorough discussion f input from all participants, the following decisions were taken by the Chair:-
In case of school closure for academic activities, all Headteachers and non-teaching staff (Primary, Middle High & Higher Secondary schools) shall attend regularly.
50% teaching staff (Primary, Middle High & Higher Secondary schools) shall attend school on Monday and the remaining 50% on Thursday.
