IMPLEMENTATION OF SCHOOL EDUCATION DEPARTMENT HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM ( SED – HRMIS )
- With reference to subject cited above and to state that SED Is maintaining a database repository of teaching and non – teaching staff born at the strength of School cadre including subordinate filed offices of SED . It is pertinent to mention here that in future all transfers , postings , promotions , retirement , pension , etc. , of said employees will be processed through HRMIS and no manual application in foregoing issues will be entertained.
- It has come to the notice that data in respect of some teaching / non – teaching staff posted AD level of SED , is missing in SED – HRMIS due to which the operations of the system are suffering badly .
- I am directed to request you to ensure the provision of requisite Information on enclosed proforma in respect of teaching / non – teaching staff currently posted or temporarily adjusted on loan basis as stopgap arrangement under your control and also email soft copy of filled performa In excel form ( duly annexed with attested copies of all relevant supporting documents ) on email@example.com , within one ( 01 ) day positively for creation of profile on SED – HRMIS . This may be assigned top priority .
