EXTENSION IN DEADLINE FOR ENTRY OF B – FORM IN ANNUAL SCHOOL CENSUS 2020-21 ISSUED BY NADRA .




Kindly refer to the subject cited above and letter No. SA / CENSUS / PESRP / 2020 / 20504 dated 5th October 2020 on the subject that ” B – Form issued by NADRA will mandatory for students as unique key in Annual School Census 2020-21 ” . 2 . This year in the Annual School Census a decision was taken to make the B – Form issued by NADRA mandatory for each student as a unique ID . This decision has been taken to improve data credibility and allow for robust tracking , monitoring and future planning . Additionally , cash transfer programmes on the basis of Khidmat Card also require B – Form / CNIC numbers will also be helpful to track the children dropped from the Public School System 3 The process is on – going however , it has come to the notice of the concerned authorities that parents are rushing to NADRA offices all over Punjab to get B – Forms for their




children causing a burden on the system that is already overstretched by the pandemic Cavid – 19 . 14 , Therefore , due to the pandemic , it has been decided to extend the deadline for entry of B – Form numbers till 31 January 2021 to facilitate students and their families . 5 . It is requested that the revised deadline given in Para no . 4 above be communicated to concerned District Education Authorities . It is further requested that the concerned NADRA offices in the districts be contacted and asked to facilitate parents in this regard Please.
