DONATION OF SALARY TO THE FLOOD AFFECTEES OF THE KHYBER PAKHTUNKHWA

Dear Sir , I am directed to refer to the subject noted above and convey the approval of Chief Minister , Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for deduction from the monthly salaries ( excluding the amount of arrears , if any ) at source for the month of September , 2022 of the following at the rates mentioned against each for contribution to the Chief Minister’s Flood Relief Fund , Khyber Pakhtunkhwa under the head G Liabilities G – 12 Special Deposit Funds G – 121 Relief Funds G – 12138 . a ) The above deductions will be made at source and will be shown separately in the pay bills / computerized pay slips for the month of September 2022.

In case where these deductions cannot be made at source through the pay bills / computerized pay slips for the month of September 2022 , the amounts will be deducted at source and will be shown separately in the pay bill / computerized pay slips for the month of October 2022 . b ) In case of employees whether posted or temporary deputation abroad , it will be permissible for the above deductions to be made from such portion of salary as may be payable in Pak . Rupees . ) The above deductions will not be made from the leave salaries of the employees leave preparatory to retirement .
