In the wake of 01 ” 02 & 31 January , 2021 ( Friday being bank holiday Saturday & Sunday being gazetted holidays ) . Governor of the Punjab is pleased to approve that pay & allowances and pension of Government employees / pensioners of Govertiment of the Punjab may be disbursed on 31 ” December , 2020 as provided in Note – 1 below Rule 51 ( 1 ) ( e ) , Punjab Financial Rules Vol – 1 2 You are requested to take further necessary action accordingly for disbursement of pay & allowances and pension on 31 ” December 2020 positively.
