DISCREPANCIES in e-Transfers

DISCREPANCIES / OBSERVATIONS FOUND IN DATA VERIFICATION PROCESS AND FURTHER VERIFICATIONS OF DOCUMENTS IN eTransfer

Apropos to the subject the following discrepancies / observations have been pointed out during data verification process.


  • Correction of post was not done properly as per sanctioned posts (SNE and allocated posts in previous rationalization).
  • Correction in assigned posts of teachers was also not done properly like Subject Specialist, their subject and scale. This can impact erratic posting.
  •  Erratically filled posts were not mentioned clearly i.e. posts scale and
    incumbent scale.
  •  All remaining promoted teachers and administrative grounds have not been
    properly tagged for actualization of promotion.
  • Responsibility of corrections and verifications which rested with CEOs was not properly done. This caused increased incidence of errors in eTransfers.




Keeping the above discrepancies and observations It is hereby directed that following directions must be complied with during verification process
of documents in letter and spirit.
CEO (DEA) concerned will do on spot verification of original documents of
teacher concerned like Nikkah Nama, ID Card/Domicile of spouse, Disability
Certificate and other required documents as specified in portal.

  • Strict compliance of given time lines and prescribed schedule for eTransfer.
  • Verification of clear availability of posts must be ensured.
  • To minimize the rush of public in offices during documents verification
    process, strictly follow the SOPs regarding precautionary measures for
    COVID-19 as specified by Health Department At the end of verification process, each CEO (DEA) has to download the final list of applicants and send a scanned copy (Duly signed by CEO, DEA) to ddm.cmmf@gmail.com well in time.
    In case of any wrong verification, in any respect, of posts done by
    CEO, the CEO (DEA) concerned will be held responsible and departmental
    proceeding will be initiated against the him/her.
