This office letter No.GMْْ/HRI/AMA/DA-90/828-39 dated 17 Sep-2019 and Ministry of Energy (Power Division) GoP, Islamabad office letter.No. 12/60/2016-DISCOS dated 2 Oct, 2019 Pursuant to letters, referred above, the following Regularization Boards for regularization of contractual employees (officers officials) of respective DlSCOS along with one member from PEPCO, are hereby constituted:
- Chief Executive Officer
- General Manager (HR)
- Operational Director
- Technical Directors
- Customer Services Director HRD/DG(HR&A)
Following are ToRs for Regularization Board for Officers:-
- PERs of contract period should be at least “Very Good”.
- Integrity! Honesty in the PER of contract period should also be “Very Good“
- There should be have no Inquiry Pending.
- There should be have no imposition of Major Penalty during contract period.
- There should be have no minor penalty during last one year.
- In case of Minor penalty, the contract period may extended for another period one year.
- Performance evaluation on basis of defined KPIs for the positions.
- Poor performer should be given warming and contract period may be extended for
another one year to improve the performance.
- The role of employee in eradication of theft of electricity, He should not be involved in theft of electricity or facilitator on theft of electricity A certificate in this regard, will be issued by immediate Senior Officers and countersigned by next Senior Officer.
