Apropos the subject cited above . It has come to the notice of the District Education Authority , Rahimyarkhan that entry status of B – Form students on School Information System is very much poor and this connection many of parents rush to the NADRA offices but they are facing problems regarding attestation and due to which process of entry is very slow .
Therefore , I am directed by the Competent Authority to request you to depute AEOS and Heads of High Schools at NADRA Offices to resolve the attestation issue of parents . Each officer will attest the document related to B – Form at the spot and make picture of the said B – Form and circulate immediately to the concerned wing / tehsil / AEO for entry on School Information System
Higher Authorities are pressing very hard regarding 100 % compliance in this regard , therefore , you are requested to intervene personally into the matter and make compliance accordingly In case of any laxity or non – compliance , responsibility will be goes to your end . 2/12/12/2020.
